ALOLA Establishment consists of two major business entities, diversified into Building and General Maintenance, and Real Estates Having started business in the city of Riyadh some forty years back owned by Saadeddin A. J. Abukhaled, it is now an established business houses with multi million Saudi Riyals capital invested, and businesses spread to two major cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Beirut , the capital of Lebanon .

The main and the oldest member of the group – ALOLA Establishment for Building and General maintenance started its business with the objective of providing technical and support services to the foreign companies at a time there were no quality services providers in the city of Riyadh . With the economic boom followed by numerous mega projects, which attracted major foreign contracting companies and other renowned global business entities, the Riyadh city was lack of service providers. ALOLA was established as a sole proprietorship, to fulfill that requirement, and soon become the main services provider to the Foreign companies who have undertaken major infrastructure projects and others who were just starting business houses. i.e. Shell, Boeing, Bell Canada , Lockheed, Texaco, Raytheon, Aramco, etc.etc. who had large scale operations in Riyadh with multi national work force.

With the successful diversification program undertaken some year back ALOLA has now reached new heights venturing into Real Estate, etc and also expanding specially its Real Estate business to other cities, i.e Jeddah and Beirut . Sustainable financial stability, reliability and good business ethics have contributed to the success and as a result more due for new ventures in the future under the diversification program.
